Cramps

Menstrual cramps are sharp pains in a woman's lower abdomen that occur when her period begins, these may continue for 2-3 days. Abdominal pain during periods can make everyday life a bit difficult, however, by taking simple steps like regular exercise and staying active is a positive way to ease any stomach pain or cramps. Alternatively you could lie down somewhere quiet and cuddle a hot water bottle, read a book, listen to music or watch T.V. to help take your mind off things.
